Amanda Bayliss – Managing Director and Founder 

After years of working in HR across a variety of different industries, Amanda recognised that not all businesses require a permanent HR function – just as long as it has access to expert employment support as and when it needs it.

A chartered HR professional and following a successful career as a Head of HR for PKF Cooper Parry and working with a number of owner-managed businesses, Amanda took the plunge into self employment and Hello People Solutions was born. Amanda continues to to be an active HR Professional, delivering HR Consultancy and HR People strategies for her clients

Experiences across a wide range of industries has given Amanda the adaptable style that allows us to provide solutions to any HR Area.

With a real passion for making a difference, Amanda prides herself on her ability to build long lasting relationships with her clients and provide them with straight-talking and a pragmatic approach to achieve the right solution for their business.

Ellie is the newest member of our team, with a passion for people, Ellie is working towards coming her CIPD level 3

Ellie is a Breathe superuser as well as a wiz on the computer! Ellie is supporting clients with their onboarding processes, recruitment administration and general HR Administration.
